Freelance Facilitators
As a Blanket Exercise Facilitator you will work alongside our team members to empathetically walk our clients through the blanket exercise either virtually or in-person.
As a Remote Facilitator you must have reliable access to internet, laptop (with speakers, microphone & camera), telephone, e-mail and Zoom conferencing.
As a In-Person Facilitator you must have a flexible schedule, with access to reliable transportation & e-mail. Please keep in mind that the majority of our in-person sessions are in Eastern Ontario and the maritime provinces.

Previous facilitation training & experience with KAIROS Canada is preferred
What You Will Do
(1) Lead facilitator - providing the indigenous lived truths
(2) Co-facilitator - providing the settlers methods & actions
(3) Session support - providing mental & emotional support throughout
(4)Indigenous Cultural support- ensures that each session is held in a good way An Indigenous perspective is vital to both the Lead Facilitator and Cultural Support roles and as such will be filled by successful applicants who self-identify as First Nations, Inuit or Metis.
